While we are experiencing a collective wave of emotions from the overturning of Roe v. Wade, we are asking ourselves what we can do in response. Many have taken to the streets recently, and we should continue to do so with certain safety measures in mind. Join Boston DSA’s Direct Action, De-escalation, and Security (DADS) committee for this protest safety training. This will be an hour-long informative session on preparedness, health, and response. We must always remember that we keep us safe!
In Our Own Hands: A Self-Managed Abortion Workshop

With the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe, and continued inaction by Congress to enshrine abortion access into federal law, we need information to take matters into our own hands, both politically and practically.
Using guidelines from the World Health Organization, we'll provide a thorough overview of medication abortion, and self-managed / self-sourced abortion with pills. This 2 hour interactive session will not provide medical or legal advice; this is an in-depth introduction to evidence-based information and resources.
